Assessing the young people within our school is vital to ensure their progress appropriately and meeting the set standards and benchmarks. Pupils’ work is marked and assessed on a regular basis. We continually strive to ensure that the pupils at SNIS achieve to their fullest potential. Pupils are assessed constantly through an array of internal assessment tools that provide a holistic approach to their learning.
The Academic Year is divided into two terms. Pen-paper tests are conducted periodically along with two Summative Assessments (Term end exams) at the end of each term.
With the aim of promoting and enhancing language skills, numeracy skills, 21st century skills such as application skills, creative thinking skills, analysis skills. SNIS has been conducting diagnostic approach based tests.
